Mie Ayan Bangka
Mie with stir-fried chicken from Bangka

1000 gr egg noodles (Hokkien)
150 gr green cabbage
150 gr bean sprouts

Bahan-bahan ayam:
Ingredients chicken:
2 tbsp oil
1/2 tsp sesame oil
3 cloves garlic
250 gr chicken
100 gr mushrooms
2 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tbsp kecap manis
1 tbsp kecap asin
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp salt
150 ml water

Chicken stock
Bawang goreng (fried onions)
Spring onions, chopped

Cara membuat mie:
Heat in a pan the water and cook te mie until done and remove it from the pan. Cut the cabbage in strips. Blanch the cabbage and the bean sprouts and remove them. Mix some oil through the mie.

Preperation/method fried chicken:
Dlice the garlic and the champignons fine. Cut the meat into small pieces. Heat in a wok the oil and fry the garlic for 1 minute. Add the chicken and fry it brown. Add the mushrooms and fry it until soft. Then add the remaining ingredients and fry it until the fluid has been evaporated a bit. Heat the stock.

Divide the mie in bowls and put the cabbage, the bean sprouts, the chicken on top and sprinkle it with bawang goreng and the spring onions. Laddle some stock on top and serve.
