Mie Babah
Meat with meat and mushroom ragout

500 gr egg noodles
250 gr cabbage
½ tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
2 tbsp kecap manis
1 tsp sesame oil

Bahan-bahan ragout:
Ingredients ragout:
350 gr pork or chicken filet
3 cloves garlic
7 mushrooms
50 gr shrimps or ebi
4 spring onions
3 tbsp oyster sauce
125 ml chicken stock (see recipe)
1 tbsp kecap manis
1 tsp pepper
2 tbsp oil

Cara membuat:
Cook the mie in water with the salt until cooked, then drain. Blanch the cabbage and slice it into strips and mix it with the pepper, the sesame oil and the kecap through the mie. Cut the garlic and the mushrooms into thin strips and the spring onions fine. Cut the meat into small cubes. Heat in a wok the oil and fry the garlic for 1 minute. Add the meat and fry it brown. Add the mushrooms, the shrimps/ebi, the oyster sauce and the spring onions and fry it for a few minutes. Then add the stock and let it simmer slowly until done. Mix in the kecap and the pepper. Laddle the ragout on top of the mie and serve.
