Sambal Buncis Telur Puyuh
spicy beans with eggs
Bahan-Bahan:
ingredients:
150 gr green beans
15 quail eggs, cooked
2 salam leaf
1 serai / sereh / lemongrass
1 tsp salt
2 tsp palmsugar
350 ml of water
1/2 tsp asam water
2 tbsp oil
Haluskan:
bumbu:
4 shallots
4 cloves of garlic
2 red cabai keriting (curly cayenne pepper)
2 red lomboks
2 cm kunyit
1 cm jahe
1/2 tsp ketumbar
3 kemiri nuts, roasted
Cara membuat:
preparation:
Cut the beans into slanted pieces. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the bumbu together with the salam and the serai for 5 minutes.
Then add the eggs and mix well. Then add the beans and fry until soft.
Then add the salt, the palm sugar and the water and bring to the boil. Then add the asamwater and cook until tender.
