Taoco Tempe Bumbu Santan
fried tempeh in a creamy sauce
Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
150 gr tempeh
250 ml coconut milk
2 cm lengkuas/laos/galangal
2 salam leaves
3 tbsp taoco
100 gr grated coconut
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp palm sugar
oil
Haluskan:
bumbu:
5 shallots
4 cloves of garlic
2 cm kencur
Cara membuat:
preparation:
Cut the tempeh into cubes. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste. Heat in a pan oil and fry the tempe until half cooked and golden brown and set aside.
Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan and fry the bumbu for 5 minutes. Then add the salam, the taoco and the tempeh and mix well. Then add the coconut milk, grated coconut, salt and palm sugar and cook until done and until the sauce has thickened.
