Mo Ping
pork satay
Ingredients:
700 gr pork (loin)
4 tbsp coconut milk
3 cloves of garlic
2 coriander roots
1 tbsp oil
1 tbsp palm sugar
1 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1/2 tbsp cornstarch
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
sate skewers
Garnish:
lime slices
Preparation:
Cut the meat into small pieces.Pound or grind the garlic and coriander roots into a paste and mix with the meat.
Mix the soy sauce with the oyster sauce, palm sugar, coconut milk, salt, oil, pepper and cornflour. Mix this with the meat and let it marinate for at least 4 hours.
Thread the meat onto the skewers. Then roast the skewers over a charcoal fire until brown and done. Serve it with the lime slices.
