Kua Pa Mu
fried rice with pork
Ingredients:
500 gr cooked rice
100 gr pork
4 cloves garlic
1 egg
1/2 tsp white pepper
1 tbsp kecap asin (light soy sauce)
1 tbsp nam pla (fish sauce)
2 tbsp oil
2 red lomboks (large chilies)
1 carrot
2 shallots
10 coriander leaves
Preperation/method:
Cut the meat in tiny bits. Cut the shallots, the garlic, the chilies and the carrot fine. Chop the coriander leaves. Heat in a wok the oil and fry the garlic for a few seconds. Then add the meat and fry it for 2 minutes. Add the egg and fry it until its cooked. Then add the rice and fry it warm. Add the remaining ingredients and fry it for 3 minutes more. Garnish it with the coriander leaves.
