Patarmtim Neing Sea Eaw
steamed tilapia rolls
Ingredients:
300 gr tilapia fillet
5 prawns
1 carrot (15 gr)
3 cloves garlic
1 coriander root
1/4 tsp pepper (white)
5 tbsp light soy sauce (kecap asin)
nori (seaweed)
garnish
thinly cut lomboks (chillies)
chopped celery
preperation/method:
Clean the prawns and chop them fine. Chop the carrot fine. Cut the tilapia into thin flat squares. Pound the garlic, the pepper and the coriander root into a paste and mix this with the prawns and the carrot. Take 1 tsp from the mixture and put in on the fish square and roll it up. Cut the nori into thin strips and wrap a roll with it. Steam the rolls for 10 minutes until its done. Place the rolls on a plate and pour the soy sauce over it. Garnish it with the lomboks and the celery and serve.
