Moo Ping
roasted pork (sate)
Ingredients:
500 gr pork
1 tbsp palmsugar
4 cloves garlic
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp fish sauce (nam pla)
1 tbsp santen asli (thick coconutmilk)

Preperation/method:
Pound or grind the palmsugar, the garlic and the salt fine into a paste and mix it with the fish sauce and the santen into a marinade. Cut the meat into small pieces and mix it with the marinade and let it rest for at least 45 minutes. Threas the skewers through the meat. Roast the meat slowly above a charcoalfire until done.
