Koa Neiw Ping Choup Kai
sticky rice cakes
ingredients:
300 gr sticky rice
2 eggs
1 tbsp fishsauce
1/2 tsp blak pepper
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp oil
preperation/method:
Steam the ric until cooked and let it cooldown. Beat the eggs with the salt, the pepper and the fishsauce. Form small round cakes of the rice with a 2cm thickness. Dip the cakes in the sauce. Heat in a pan the oil and fry the cakes golden brown.
