fried spicy chicken

Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
400 g chicken thighs (boneless)
3 tbsp asam water
2 tbsp kecap manis
150ml water
3 tbsp oil

Haluskan:
bumbu:
5 shallots
4 cloves of garlic
2 tbsp ketumbar, roasted
4 tbsp palm sugar
1/2 tsp peppercorns (white)
5 cm lengkuas/laos/galangal
1/2 tsp salt

Pelengkap:
complementary:
5 tbsp kecap manis
2 red lomboks, pitted and finely chopped
1 tomato, in wedges

Cara membuat:
preparation:
Cut the chicken into strips. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste. Mix the chicken with the bumbu, the asam water and the kecap and let it marinate for 5 minutes.
Heat the oil in a pan over low heat and add the seasoned chicken and fry until it changes color. Add the water and cook the chicken until done and until the sauce has thickened.
Serve the chicken with the pelenkap.
