Tempe Goreng Taoco
fried spicy tempe

500 gr temp
2 spring onion
300 grams of flour
30 g rice flour
30 gr sago flour
450 ml of water
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp palm sugar
oil

3 cloves of garlic
3 tbsp taoco
Cara membuat:
preparation:
Cut the tempe into thin slices. Finely chop the spring onion. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste.
Mix the bumbu with the spring onion, flour, rice flour, sago flour, salt, palm sugar, pepper and water and form a homogeneous batter. Roll the tempe through the mixture.
Heat enough oil in a pan and fry the tempe until golden brown and done.
