Bahan-Bahan:
ingredients:
1 chicken
2 salam leaves
2 cm lengkuas/laos/galangal
2 cm jahe
2 tbsp. asam water
200 ml of water
1 tsp salt

Haluskan:
bumbu:
7 shallots
5 cloves of garlic
6 kemiri nuts
5 cm kunyit
1 tsp salt

Taburan:
garnish:
6 cloves of garlic
10 cm lengkuas/laos/galangal
4 tbsp. grated coconut
5 cm kunyit

Cara membuat:
preparation:
Heat in a pan the water together with the chicken, the bumbu, the laos, the jahe, the salam, the salt and the asam water and cook slowly until the liquid has evaporated. Then roast the chicken over a charcoal fire slowly until brown and done.
For the garnish, finely chop the garlic, grate the laos and puree the kunyit. Mix all with the coconut and roast it in a pan until brown. Sprinkle it on top of the chicken and serve.
