spicy grilled chicken with herbs in banana leaf

Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
1 chicken
3 cm jahe (ginger)
4 red rawits
1 jeruk purut / kaffir lime leaf
1 green lombok
1 lime, juice
1 sereh, crushed (lemongrass)
salt to taste
2 spring onions
1 bunch kemangi (lemon basil)
banana leaf

Cara membuat:
preperation/method:
Cut the chicken into pieces. Cut the rawits, the lombok, the kemangi and the spring onions fine. Grate the jahe. Mix all ingredients well. Put it on banana leaf and fold it like a parcel. Grill the parcel slowly above a charcoalfire for 1 hour until done.
