Daging Masak Saus Tomat
fried beef in a tomato sauce
Bahan-Bahan:
ingredients:
400 gr of beef
3 tomatoes
4 tbsp saus tomat (see recipe)
100 ml of water
50 gr peanuts, fried
2 sprigs of coriander
2 tbsp oil
Haluskan:
bumbu:
5 cloves of garlic
1/2 tsp jinten
2 tsp ketumbar, toasted
1 tsp salt
Cara membuat:
preparation:
Cut the meat into cubes. Chop the tomatoes and the coriander. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste.
Heat in a pan the oil and fry the bumbu for 3 minutes. Then add the tomatoes and meat and fry until the meat changes colour. Then add the water and cook over low heat and covered until the moisture has evaporated.
Then mix in the peanuts, the saus tomat and the coriander and bring to the boil. serve.
