Cumi Goreng Bawang Putih
fried garlic squid
Bahan-Bahan:
ingredients:
500 gr squid
3 tbsp asam water
6 cloves of garlic
1 tbsp ketumbar
1 tsp kunyit
1/2 tsp salt
oil
Cara membuat:
preparation:
Clean the squid and remove the stomach contains and beak. Then rinse well. Grate the garlic. Then mix the squid with the garlic, asam water. ketumbar, kunyit and salt and marinate for at least 15 minutes.
Heat the oil in a pan, fry the squid over medium heat and covered until done. Serve.
