Cah Udang Sawi Asin
fried spicy shrimps with cabbage
400 gr udang jerbung / large shrimp
4 cloves of garlic
2 cm jahe
2 red lomboks
100 grams of salted cabbage
2 tbsp saus tomat (see recipe)
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1/2 tsp palm sugar
1/2 tsp salt
100 ml of water
2 tbsp oil

Cara membuat:
Clean the shrimp but leave the tail on and slice the back in. Cut the garlic into thin slices and the lomboks into oblique rings. Cut the cabbage into thin strips.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the garlic, the lomboks and the jahe for 2 minutes. Then add the shrimps and fry until they change color.
Then add the cabbage and mix well. Then add the saus tomat, the oyster sauce, the salt, the palmsugar and the water and mix well and cook while stirring until done.
