Cakalang pedas
spicy tuna
Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
500 gr smoked tuna
2 sereh (lemongrass)
1 orange, juice
1 bunch kemangi (basil)
5 jeruk purut / kaffir lime leaves
2 cm laos (galangal)
4 cm jahe (ginger)
3 tbsp oil
Haluskan:
bumbu:
1 tsp trasi (shrimp paste)
7 red lomboks
6 red rawits (bird's eye chillies)
1 tsp palmsugar
1 tsp salt
8 red shallots
Cara membuat:
preparation/method:
Shred the tuna. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a fine paste. Heat in a wok the oil and fry the bumbu with the sereh, the jahe, the laos and the jerut purut for 5 minutes. Add the tuna, the kemangi and the orange juice and fry it for 2 minutes more.
