Ikan Bandeng Saus Tiram
fried fish in oyster sauce
Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
1 ikan bandeng / milkfish, otherwise salmon
1/2 lime, juice
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
oil
Bahan saus:
ingredients sauce:
2 shallots
3 cloves of garlic
1 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tbsp kecap manis
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp palm sugar
1 spring onion
100 ml of water
1 tbsp oil
Cara membuat:
preparation:
Cut the fish into slices and marinate with the lime juice, salt and pepper and leave to rest for at least 15 minutes. Heat enough oil in a pan and fry the fish until brown and done and set aside.
Cut the shallots and garlic into thine slices. Cut the spring onion into oblique rings. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the shallots and garlic for 3 minutes. Then add the fish and then the oyster sauce, the kecap, the pepper and the palm sugar and mix well. Then add the water and bring to a boil. Stir in the spring onion and serve.
