Pepes Ikan Asin
spicy fish steamed in banana leaf


Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
100 g ikan asin/ikan jambal roti, (fried) salted fish
150 grated coconut
4 tbsp thick coconut milk (number)
50 gr petaik cina / lamtoro / petai selong
6 red rawits
4 salam leaves
1 tsp palm sugar
16 kemangi leaves
1 tsp salt
banana leaves

Haluskan:
bumbu:
4 shallots
5 cloves of garlic
2 red lomboks

Cara membuat:
preparation:
Cut the fish into pieces. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste. Halve the salam.
Mix all ingredients well into a homogeneous mass. Take 3 tablespoons of the mixture each time and wrap it in banana leaves. Then steam the parcels until done and serve.
