Shrimp Fritters


Bahan-bahan:
Ingredients:
250g medium-sized shrimp
2 eggs
4 spring onions
1 teaspoon ketumbar
1 teaspoon salt
5 tablespoons flour
250ml thick coconut milk (kental)
250ml coconut oil

Cara membuat:
Preparation:
Clean and peel the shrimp. Then finely chop them. Thinly slice the spring onion. Lightly beat the eggs. Puree the ketumbar.
Mix the shrimp with the eggs, coconut oil, spring onion, ketumbar, and salt and mix well. Then add the flour and coconut milk and form a smooth paste.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry 1 tablespoon of the mixture at a time until browned and cooked through. Drain and serve.
