steamed banana cake

150g tepung beras / rice flour
25g tepung sagu / sago flour else cornstarch
100 ml of water, boiling
150g palm sugar
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp vanilla
800ml coconut milk, hot
500g banana

Bahan sauce santan:
Sauce ingredients:
400 ml santen asli (thick coconut milk)
1/2 tsp salt
Cara membuat:
Cut the bananas into pieces. Mix the rice flour with the sago and stir the water through. Then add while stirring the palm sugar, the salt and vanilla followed by coconut milk and spoon in the bananas. Put some of the dough on a piece of banana leaf and add some coconut milk sauce. Fold it as a package and steam cooked it in 40 minutes.
coconut milk sauce:
heat in a pan the santen asli and salt and bring to the boil.
enough for 24 cupcakes
