Mangut Ikan Asap
smoked fish in a spicy and creamy sauce
Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
500 gr smoked fish (mackerel/stingray)
300 ml coconut milk
300ml water
1 salam leaf
2 jeruk purut leaves
7 cm lengkuas/laos/galangal
2 green lomboks
11 red rawits
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp palm sugar
2 tbsp oil
Haluskan:
bumbu:
4 shallots
3 cloves of garlic
2 kemiri/candlenuts
3 red lomboks
5 cm kunyit
4 cm kencur
Cara membuat:
preparation:
Cut the fish into pieces. Cut the lomboks into diagonal rings. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the bumbu together with the salam, the jeruk purut and the laos for 5 minutes. Then add the water and bring it to a boil while stirring.
Then add the fish, the lomboks and the rawits and mix well. Then add the coconut milk and bring it to the boil while stirring. Then add the salt and palm sugar and cook while stirring until the sauce thickens. Serve.
