Nasi goreng hijau terasi

Bahan-bahan:

500g cooked white rice
50 gr shrimp
1 tsp salt
1 leek
2 tbsp oil
Haluskan:
bumbu:
4 green lomboks
3 green rawits
4 shallots
3 cloves of garlic
1 tsp trasi bakar (roasted shrimp paste)

4 pieces fried egg
prawn crackers
1 cucumber
Cara membuat:
preparation:
Cut the leek finely, the cucumber in slices and deseed the lomboks. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste.
Heat in a wok / wadjan the oil and fry the bumbu for 3 minutes. Add the rice, shrimp and salt and cook until tender.
Divide into 4 portions and serve with fried egg, cucumber and prawn crackers
