Sambal Teri Kacang
sambal with anchovies and peanuts


Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
150 gr teri medan / small anchovies
150 gr peanuts, fried
2 cm lengkuas/laos/galangal
2 salam leaves
1 tsp salt
oil

Haluskan:
bumbu:
15 red cabai keriting (curly cayenne pepper)
5 shallots
3 cloves of garlic
4 jeruk purut leaves

Cara membuat:
preparation:
Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the anchovies until golden brown and scoop them out of the pan.
Then add the bumbu and fry it together with the lengkuas and salam for 5 minutes. Then mix in the salt and let it cool down.
Then mix in the anchovies and peanuts and serve.
