stir-fry green beans/snake beans and shrimp

Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
300 g of green beans / garter / snake beans
3 tbsp ebi (dried shrimp)
3 cm galangal
1 teaspoon salt
4 tablespoons of water
2 tbsp oil
 
Cara membuat:
preparation:
Cut the beans into pieces and grate the laos. Heat in a pan the oil and fry the laos for 1 minute. Add the ebi and cook for 30 seconds. Then add the beans with the salt and mix well. Then add water and cook for 3-5 minutes.
