Brokoli Kuah Kental
stewed broccoli in spicy sauce
Bahan-Bahan:
ingredients:
300 gr of broccoli
3 bakso sapi / minced meat balls
4 cloves of garlic
1 tbsp fish sauce
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp sesame oil
500 ml chicken broth (see recipe)
1 tbsp cornstarch + 1 tbsp water
1 egg
1 tbsp oil
Cara membuat:
preparation:
Cut the broccoli into florets. Finely chop the garlic. Cut the bakso into slices. Beat the egg
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the garlic for 1 minute. Then add the broccoli and the bakso and fry until soft. Add the fish sauce, salt, pepper and sesame oil and mix well.
Then add the stock and bring to the boil. Then add the dissolved cornstarch and stir until the sauce thickens. Then mix in the egg and stir until it has solidified. Serve.
