Tumis Bayam Otak Otak
stir-fry of spinach with corn and fish

Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
2 tufts of bayam / wild spinach
100 gr corn kernels, cooked
3 otak-otak (see recipe)
5 shallots
3 cloves of garlic
2 red lomboks
2 tbsp kecap asin
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
100 ml weater
2 tbsp oil

Cara membuat:
preparation:
Cut the otak-otak into thin slices and fry them brown. cut the shallots, the garlic and the lomboks into thin slices.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the shallots, the garlic and the lomboks for 5 minutes. Then add the bayam, the corn and the otak-otak and mix well.
Then add the kecap, salt and pepper and mix well. Then add the water and cook until done
