Tumis Oyong
stewed oyong with chicken and noodles
Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
4 oyong/winged cucumber/luffa
1500 ml chicken stock
100 g misoa
6 small stalks of celery
7 cloves of garlic
100 g small shrimps
100 g chicken thighs
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
2 tbsp bawang goreng
3 tbsp oil

Cut the oyong into thin rings. Finely chop the celery and mince the garlic. Cut the meat into small cubes.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the garlic for 2 minutes. Then add the shrimps, chicken and stock and bring to the boil. Then add the oyong, misoa, celery, salt and pepper and cook while stirring until done.
Sprinkle the bawang goreng over it and serve.
