Buah Kacang Mekuah
slowly cooked snake beans
Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
500 ml chickenstock (see recipes)
600 gr kacang panjang (snake beans / long green beans)
3 salam leaves
1 sereh (lemongrass) bruised
125 ml base gede (see recipe)
salt to taste
pepper to taste
Taburan:
garnish:
1 tbsp bawang goreng (fried shallots)
Cara membuat;
preperation/method:
Heat in a wok the stock and add the base gede, the sereh and the salam and let it simmer for 5 minutes. Slice the kacang panjang into pieces and add these and let it simmer slowly until the kacang panjang is cooked. Mix in the salt and the pepper and sprinkle the bawang goreng on top and serve.
