Soup with lontong, lentho and beansprouts


Bahan-bahan:
Ingredients:
lontong 
200 gr fried tofu, cubed

Bahan-bahan sop:
Ingredients soup:
100 gr beef
500 ml water
250 gr beansprouts
1 celery stalk

Haluskan:
Bumbu:
3 shallots
3 cloves garlic
½ tsp pepper

Taburan:
garnish:
2 tbsp bang gorng (fried shallots)
2 tbsp kecap manis
sambal petis (see recipe)

Bahan-bahan lentho:
Ingredients balls:
50 gr red soya beans
50 gr tapioca plour
30 gr grated coconut
1 tsp ketumbar (coriander)
3 shallots
3 cloves garlic
½ tsp pepper
½ tsp salt
water 
oil

Cara membuat sop:
Preparation/method:
Heat in a pan the water and add the meat and let it simmer for 1 hour. Remove the meat. Slice the celery into small pieces. Pound or grind the shallots, the garlic, the pepper and the salt fine into a paste. Heat in a pan the oil and fry the bumbu for 2 minutes. Add the stock and let it cook slowly for 5 minutes. Add the celery and the beansprouts and cook it for 2 minutes.

Cara membuat lentho:
Preparation/method:
Heat in a pan the water and coor the soya beans soft and remove them from the water. Pound or grind the shallots, the garlic, the ketumbar, the salt, the pepper and the soya beans fine into a paste. Mix in the tapioca and the coconut and form small balls. Heat in a wok the oil and fry the balls brown and crispy.

Serve:
Slice the lontong in cubes and put it in bowls. Add the lentho and the frief tahu. Laddle the sop on top and sprinkle it with kecap. Garnish is with bawang goreng and sambal.
