vegetables stewed in coconut milk with tempe
Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
2 oncom Bandung, otherwise 400 gr tempe
2 labu siam / chayote
100 gr melinjo leaves
1 bunch of snake/long beans
1000 ml thick coconut milk (kental, from 2 coconuts)
9 shallots
5 cloves of garlic
4 green tomatoes
12 green lomboks
4 salam leaves
2 serai/sereh/lemongrass
4 cm lengkuas/laos/galangal
2 tsp salt
1 tsp terasi/trasi
1 tsp palm sugar
4 tbsp oil

Cut the oncom and chayote into cubes. Cut the snake beans into pieces. Cut the shallots, garlic, tomatoes and lomboks into thin slices. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the shallots, garlic, tomatoes, lomboks, salam, serai, terasi, salt and palm sugar while stirring for 6 minutes. Then add the coconut milk and bring to the boil while stirring.
Then add the snake beans, chayote, oncom and the melinjo leaves and cook while stirring until done. Serve.
