Tahu Gunting
fried tahu/tofu with spiced sauce


Bahan-Bahan:
ingredients:
250 gr tahu/tofu
1 serai/sereh/lemongrass
2 salam leaves
100 ml water
oil

Haluskan:
bumbu:
6 red lomboks
3 shallots
3 cloves of garlic
1 tsp palm sugar
1 tsp salt
4 tbsp oil

Cara membuat:
preparation:
Cut the tahu/tofu into thin strips. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the tahu/tofu until golden brown and firm. Set aside.
Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste. Heat a pan and fry the bumbu together with the serai and salam for 5 minutes. Then mix in the water and stir into a thick sauce. Spoon the sauce over the tofu and serve.
