Khor Gai Tod
Coated fried chicken wings
Ingredients:
150 gr chicken wings
2 tablespoons cornstarch/flour
2 tbsp light kecap
1 tsp salt
1/2 - 1 tsp of pepper
2 tsp sesame seed
100 ml of water
oil
Preparation:
Mix the flour with the water, pepper, salt, kecap and sesame seeds and form a batter. Cut the wings into small pieces and mix it with the batter.
Heat in a pan sufficient oil and deep-fry the wings crisp and golden brown.
Delicious with sweet chilli sauce or plum sauce.
