Nong Kai Tod
fried drumsticks
Ingredients:
6 drumsticks
1 tsp salt
3 tsp black pepper
1 egg
200 gr bread crumbs
oil
Preperation/method:
Mix the pepper, the salt and the drumsticks and let it rest for 30 minutes. Steam the drumsticks for 30 minutes until cooked and let it cool down.
Whip the egg and coat the drumsticks with the egg. Roll the drumstick through the bread crumbs until coated. Deep fry the drumsticks for 5 minutes until golden brown and serve.
