Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
8 eggs, hard boiled
2 sereh / lemon grass
750 ml of water
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp palm sugar
1/4 tsp pepper
Haluskan:
bumbu:
3 cm kunyit
5 kemiri/candlenuts
4 shallots
6 cloves of garlic
9 red lomboks
2 cm jahe
2 cm laos
Cara Membuat:
preparation:
Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste. Heat the water together with the bumbu and sereh in a pan and cook for 2 minutes. Then add the eggs, the salt, the palm sugar and the pepper and mix well. Cook slowly until the sauce has thickened.
