Fu Yong Hay
stuffed omelette with crab with tomato sauce

150 gr crab meat
3 eggs
200 gr carrot
100 gr snow peas
1 onion
3 cloves of garlic
1/2-1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
3 tbsp oil

Bahan saus:
ingredients sauce:
200 ml chicken stock (see recipe)
6 tbsp tomato sauce (see recipe)
1 tbsp kecap manis
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp palm sugar
100 gr peas
1 tbsp tapioca + 2 tbsp water
1 tbsp oil

Cara membuat:
Cut the carrot julienne. Beat the eggs. Finely chop the onion and garlic. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan and fry the onion and garlic for 3 minutes. Then add the carrot, snow peas and crab meat and mix well. Then add the salt and pepper and mix well. Let it cool and then mix in the egg.
Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan and then add the egg mixture. Put the lid on the pan and fry it on low heat until half done. Then turn it over and fry it on low heat until done.
For the sauce, heat the stock together with the oil, the tomato sauce, the kecap, the salt and the palm sugar and bring to the boil. Then add the peas and mix well. Then add the tapioca solution and cook while stirring until it thickens. Spoon the sauce over the omelette and serve.
