Panang Muh
curry with pork
Ingrediënts:
500 gr pork fillets
400 ml coconut milk
2 tbsp red curry paste (see recipe)
2 tbsp fish saus (Nam Pla)
2 tbsp brown sugar or palmsugar
1 tsp lime juice
Method/Preparation:
Slich the pork into small pieces or strips. Heat in a wok half of the coconut milk with the curry paste and add then the rest of the ingrediënts en let it simmer for 10-15 minutes until the meat is cooked.
