Pak Boong Fai Daeng
stir fried water spinach

7 cloves garlic
5 red rawits
1 tsp tauco (salted bean paste)
1 tbsp oystersauce
20 sprigs kangkung (water spinach)
1 tbsp water
3 tbsp oil

Halve the rawits and chop the garlic very coarse. Was the kangkung and slice the stems and leave the leaves whole. Heat in a very hot wok the oil and fry the garlic golden brown. Add the kangkung and the rawits and stir fry them. Add the tauco, the oystersauce and the water and fry it for 1 minute more.
