葱烧豆腐 - tahu with spring onion

Ingredients:
450 gr tahu/tofu
8 spring onion
2 tbsp light soy sauce
1/2 tbsp dark soy sauce
1/2 tsp palm sugar
200 ml of water
2 tsp cornstarch + 3 tsp water
4 tbsp oil

Preparation:
Cut the tahu into slices / cubes with a thickness of 2 cm. Finely chop the white part of the spring onion and cut the green part in half.
Heat the oil in a pan and add the tahu and fry it until golden brown and set aside. Then add the white part of the spring onion and fry until golden brown.
Then add both soy sauces, palm sugar and water and bring to the boil.
Then add the tahu and the green part of the spring onion and fry for 2 minutes. Then add the cornstarch solution over low heat and cook until the sauce has thickened. Serve.
