Dendeng Balado Minang
spicy fried beef
Bahan-Bahan:
ingredients:
1000 gr beef (lean)
2 salam leaves
1 serai / sereh / lemongrass
500 ml of water
2 tsp salt
oil
Haluskan:
bumbu:
10 red lomboks
4 shallots
3 cloves of garlic
2 tbsp lime juice
2 jeruk purut leaves
1 tsp salt
Cara membuat:
preparation:
Heat in a pan the water together with the meat, the salam, the serai and the salt and cook the meat until tender. Let it cool down and then cut it into thin slices.
Heat in a pan oil and fry the meat brown and crispy and set aside.
Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste. Heat in a pan 3 tbsp oil and fry the bumbu for 5 minutes. Then add the meat and mix well. Serve.
