Dendeng Bumbu
stewed and fried beef

Bahan-bahan;
ingredients:
400 gr sirlion steak
150 ml water
3 shallots
3 cloves garlic
2 tsp sambal trassi (see recipe)
2 tbsp oil

Haluskan:
bumbu:
2 tsp ketumbar (coriander)
1/2 tsp jinten (cumin)
1 cm laos (galangal)

Cara membuat:
preperation/method:
Pound or grind the ingrients for the bumbu into a paste and rub the meat in with in. Heat in a wok the water and add the meat and cook it slowly for 90 minutes. Remove the meat and dry it. Cut the meat into strips.
Pound or grind the shallots, the garlic and the sambal into a paste. Heat in a wok the oil and fry the shallotpaste for 2 minutes. Add the meat and fry it brown.
