Ikan Asin Pedas
Spicy salted fish
Bahan-bahan:
Ingredients:
250 gr salted fish
water
3 cm laos
2 sereh / lemongrass
1/4 teaspoon salt, optional
200 ml of water
1 tomato
1 bunch of kemangi (30 gr)
5 red rawit
4 tablespoons of oil
Haluskan:
Bumbu:
4 shallots
4 cloves of garlic
6 red lomboks
5 red rawits
Cara Membuat:
preparation:
Cut the fish into pieces and soak for 20 minutes in warm water, then drain. Cut the tomato into small pieces and pick the kemangi leaves. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste.
Heat in a pan the oil and fry the bumbu with sereh and laos for 4 minutes. Add the fish and mix. Then add the water and bring to the boil. Then add the salt, the tomato, the kemangi and the rawits and cook until done.
