Pindang Cuwe Asam Pedas
fried tuna in a spicy sauce
Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
350 gr tuna / bonito
2 salam leaf
2 cm lengkuas / galangal
3 belimbing wuluh
1 tsp palm sugar
1/2 tsp salt
250 ml of water
oil
Haluskan:
bumbu:
5 shallots
4 cloves of garlic
3 red lomboks
3 green lomboks
1/2 tomato
Cara membuat:
preparation:
Cut the fish into pieces. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the fish until golden brown and set aside. Cut the ingredients for the bumbu into thin slices. cut the belimbing into thin slices.
Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan and fry the bumbu together with the salam and galangal for 5 minutes. Then add the water, the belimbing, the salt and the palm sugar and bring to the boil.
Then add the fish and bring it back to the boil while stirring. Serve
