Bilis Masak Ayam
anchovies in a spicy and acidic sauce


Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
100 g anchovies
3 shallots
4 cloves of garlic
4 dried lomboks
450 ml asam water
1/2 tbsp palm sugar
1/2 tsp salt
5 tbsp oil

Cara membuat:
preparation:
Clean and rinse the anchovies. Pound or grind the shallots, garlic and lomboks into a paste.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the paste for 4 minutes. Then add the asam water and mix well.
Then add the anchovies, salt and palm sugar and bring to the boil while stirring. Serve.
