Nasi Goreng Jogja Opor
fried fragrant rice from Jogjakarta
Bahan-bahan:
Ingredients:
1000 gr white rice, cooked
1 chicken leg, cooked and shredded
5 bakso sapi / calf meatballs
100 gr peas
1 salam leaf
1 cm laos
2 sereh / lemongrass
2 tbsp kecap manis
100 ml santen asli / thick coconut milk
2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
2 tbsp oil
Haluskan:
Bumbu:
1/2 tsp ketumbar
5 shallots
3 cloves of garlic
2 kemiri/candlenuts
1/8 tsp jinten
Cara Membuat:
preparation:
Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste. Grate de laos and cut the bakso into slices.
Heat in a pan the oil and fry the bumbu together with the salam, the laos and the sereh for 4 minutes. Add the chicken and the rice and mix well. Then add the bakso, the peas, the kecap, the santen, the salt and the pepper, mix well and fry until everything is cooked.
