fried rice cakes
Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
250 gr. ketan flour (sticky rice)
250 gr. rice flour
250 ml. water
oil
1 tsp salt
Cara membuat:
preparation:
Mix the ketan flour with the rice flour and add the salt and the water. Mix well and knead the dough as long until it becomes smooth and supple. Shape the dough in oblong cookies and with the size of a little finger.
Heat enough oil in a wok and deep fry the shaped biscuits light brown. Drain and serve
