Cah Pokcoy Asin Taoge
stewed spiced pokcoy with bean sprouts
Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
250 gr pokcoy/caisim/choisam
200 g tofu/tahu
100 gr bean sprouts
4 cloves of garlic
2 red lomboks
1 salam leaf
5 ebi, soaked
1 tbsp fish sauce
1/4 tsp salt
100ml water
oil
Cara membuat:
preparation:
Cut the pokcoy into thin strips, the tahu into small cubes, the garlic into thin slices and the lomboks into thin rings.
Heat in a pan 2 tbsp oil and fry the garlic, the lomboks and the salam for 2 minutes. Then add the ebi and the tahu and mix well. Then add the pokcoy and the bean sprouts and fry it while stirring until it has wilted.
Then add the fish sauce, salt and water and cook until done. serve.
