Cah Pare Bawing Putih
fried cucumber with garlic

Bahan-bahan:
Ingredients:
2 pare / bitter cucumbers (300 gr)
2 tbsp salt
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp fish sauce
150 ml of water
2 tbsp of oil

Haluskan:
Bumbu:
4 cloves of garlic
1/2 tsp trassi / shrimp paste
2 red lomboks

Taburan
Garnish:
2 tbps fried garlic, chopped

Cara Membuat:
preparation:
Halve the pare and deseed. Cut the pare into thin slices and sprinkle it with 1 tablespoon of salt. Wait 5 minutes and press out. Rinse off and drain. Repeat.
Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste. Heat in a pan the oil and fry the bumbu for 3 minutes. Then add the pare and fry until it changes color. Add the salt, the fish sauce and the water. Mix well and fry until the moisture is absorbed. Sprinkle the fried garlic on top.
