Angeun Kacang Beureum
stewed spiced beans


Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
1000 gr red beans / aduki beans, dried
2 spring onions
4 salam leaves
2 tomatoes
2 cm lengkuas / galangal / laos
2 tbsp asam water
500 ml water

Haluskan:
bumbu:
14 shallots
7 cloves garlic
1 tsp terasi / trasi
1 tsp palm sugar
1 tsp salt

Cara membuat:
preparation:
Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste. Cut the spring onion into thin slices and the tomatoes into cubes.
Heat the water in a pan together with the beans and cook until soft. Then add the bumbu, spring onion, tomatoes, galangal, salam and asam water and cook until done. Serve.
