spicy fried okra

300 gr okra
2 onions
2 green lomboks
2 red lomboks
3 cloves garlic
5 tbsp oil
2 cm kunyit
1 tsp ketumbar
1/2 tsp jinten
1 lime (juice)
2 tomatoes
salt to taste

Cara membuat:
Slice the onions, the garlic, the tomatoes and the green lomboks fine. Pound or grind the kunyit, the red lomboks, the jinten and the ketumbar fine into a paste. Heat in a wok the oil and fry the onions, the garlic and the green lomboks for 3 minutes. Add the okra and mix it. Then add the paste with the salt and lime juice followed by the tomatoes. Let it simmer slowly until it has cooked.
